  • Queensland coal miner cops fine from for covering up environmental breaches  

    The Baralaba Coal Mine cops a $16,500 for not advising the Commonwealth Government of a breach of their conditions. This is a very rarely used enforcement action. The last time a coal comany was fined was Adani back on 2020.
